You will be the “trusted advisory” for our renowned customers around the project and help them to make them successful:
From presales to conception, implementation and operation, you will accompany our customers and employees with your know-how in an advisory capacity. With your empathetic mindset and communicative personality, it is easy for you to advise, inspire and convince new and existing customers.

• Responsibility for IAM projects from initial scoping to successful deployment
• SPOC for all stakeholders of the customer, including C‑level
• Development and documentation of IAM strategies, target architectures, roadmaps and guidelines
• Transfer business requirements into functional specifications
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and the desired quality standard
• Close cooperation with the implementation team as well as conceptual and architectural consulting
• Leading customer workshops, project meetings and steering committees

• Vast experience in the IAM field
• Experience in Consulting
• Good communication skills & the will to use them
• Very good knowledge of German and good English
• Willingness to work on‑site at the customer’s site (if required)
• Enjoyment of a dynamic working environment (in a team as well as as an individual player) with changing customers and projects
