Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Affiliates and Creator Marketing. This role combines data‑driven strategy and creative execution, helping brands build a powerful online presence across key social platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In. The incumbent will oversee all aspects of our business entities’ paid ad campaigns, from initial planning to ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Understand how ad creative elements perform for each unique advertising goal (traffic, conversions, and engagement).
  • Track and analyse primary metrics, revenue and paid ad initiatives weekly and monthly.
  • Experiment and implement innovative digital marketing strategies, tools and best practices to improve ROAS consistently.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve.
  • Campaign development: create and maintain sophisticated email campaigns, landing pages, and automated workflows that nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Platform management: configure and optimise CRM systems while implementing lead‑scoring models to qualify prospects effectively.
  • Performance optimisation: execute A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance and conversion rates across all automated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop, execute, and optimise cutting‑edge digital campaigns from conception to launch.
  • Work cross‑departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organisation.
  • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs.
  • Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day‑to‑day execution of paid media.
  • Oversee and manage the overall budget for paid media.
  • Conduct in‑depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
Social Media Marketing (SMM) Responsibilities
  • Campaign creation & strategy: develop and execute integrated social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In), including budget planning and content ideation.
