Job Description ### YOUR ROLEAs a Life Sciences Client Partner, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and deepening client relationships within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities to deliver high-impact engineering and digital transformation solutions across R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory domains.
* Own and grow key client relationships within the life sciences sector, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
* Identify and shape new business opportunities across digital, engineering, and consulting services.
* Collaborate with delivery, solution, and pre-sales teams to craft compelling value propositions and proposals.
* Drive account planning, revenue forecasting, and pipeline development.
* Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement, governance, and issue resolution.
* Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to guide client strategy.
* Represent Capgemini Engineering at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.### YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the life sciences industry or consulting.
* Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts.
* Deep understanding of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device business models and regulatory environments.
* Strong knowledge of digital transformation, R&D, manufacturing, or quality operations in life sciences.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and influence at the executive level.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field.
