IT Consultant, Systems Analyst, IT Business Analyst
As a Sr IT Analyst, the person will be accountable for configuring, supporting and optimizing the SAP Concur Travel & Expense management platform. The role will provide input into the overall Application roadmap, maintain and build solutions to meet business objectives while partnering with the Operations team to ensure a stable environment. The role will lead delivery by displaying sound functional and technical proficiency across all stages of the project lifecycle, along with technical expertise and hands‑on work to meet project milestones.
Responsibilities- Concur configuration and administration
- Support and troubleshooting:
Provide 2nd level support for end users regarding expense reporting, workflow approvals, etc. - Integration support:
Setup and maintain data integration between Concur and upstream and downstream ERP systems - Reporting & analytics:
Develop and maintain reports and manage KPIs - Compliance & audit:
Ensure travel and expense reports comply with company policies and audit rules. - Project management:
Support implementations, upgrades & testing (UAT)
- Bachelor degree:
Computer Science, other IT/technical degree - 6+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years of experience working with SAP Concur
- Proficiency with ERP/Financial systems and data analysis tools (SQL)
- Strong understanding of Corporate travel and expense policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Cross functions and global work experience
- Experience applying rigorous waterfall and agile project management approach on assignments
- Proficient in problem solving and troubleshooting with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (PowerPoint, Visio)
- Ability to collaborate with business
- Experience in developing automation process and deployment
- Strong Finance business acumen and ability to translate new technology into business value
- Ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision
