In this role
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a key technical role in high-impact data science and AI/ML initiatives. You will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions that turn complex business challenges into scalable, production-ready AI systems.
- Lead end-to-end AI and data science projects, from understanding business needs to delivering robust solutions
- Analyze, model and interpret complex datasets, and clearly communicate insights and results to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Design and optimize machine learning models tailored to real-world business problems
- Build reliable data pipelines to transform raw data into high-quality inputs for training and inference
- Design, maintain and continuously improve MLOps pipelines for automated training, deployment and monitoring
- Work closely with interdisciplinary IT, engineering and business teams
- Share your expertise by mentoring junior data scientists and contributing to technical best practices
- 5+ years of experience in AI, data science or machine learning engineering
- Degree from a technical university
- Strong programming skills in Python and hands‑on experience with modern ML frameworks (scikit‑learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch)
- Solid understanding of data analysis, MLOps practices and production‑grade ML systems
- Good knowledge of software engineering fundamentals (Linux/Windows, Git, APIs, data storage)
- Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in French and English Willingness to travel within Romandie
