Luminance is a new solution combining contract management, workflow automation, metadata extraction, and artificial intelligence to support contract creation, review, negotiation, and governance activities across the organization.

You will support the deployment, configuration, testing, and continuous improvement of Luminance across the Trading business:

• Participate in configuration and testing of Luminance functionalities and workflows.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and document issues and enhancement opportunities.
• Contribute to AI-powered contractual risk analysis tools and playbooks.
• Assist in prompt development, testing, and optimisation for contract review.
• Support metadata extraction, validation, and contract intelligence initiatives.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and communication packs.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.
• Coordinate user feedback and support issue tracking.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives involving generative AI, automation, and legal tech.

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Law, Business, Engineering, Innovation, Legal Tech, or a related field.
• You have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
• You have excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, combined with strong organisational abilities.
• You have clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You are able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are curious, proactive, and solution‑oriented, with a strong team spirit.
• A tri‑partite internship agreement is mandatory.
