SAP Consultant
NXT Beyond is seeking an experienced SAP S/4
HANA MM/PP Consultant to support manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and production transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) and have experience supporting one or more related functional areas, including Quality Management (QM), Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), or Advanced Planning solutions such as PP/DS, gATP, or IBP. Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP S/4
HANA MM and PP solutions. - Manage procurement, inventory, production planning, MRP, BOMs, routings, work centers, and production orders.
- Gather business requirements, conduct workshops, and perform fit-gap analysis.
- Prepare functional specifications, support testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide post-production support.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and technical teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of SAP functional consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on SAP MM and PP configuration expertise.
- At lease 2 full life-cycle SAP S/4
HANA Greenfield or Brownfield implementations (On-premise, Private, or Public Cloud). - Experience with procurement, inventory management, manufacturing operations, BOMs, routings, and production orders.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical, and communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP QM, WM/EWM, PP/DS, gATP, APO, or IBP.
- Knowledge of Engineering Change Management (ECM/ECNs).
- Experience with SAP Fiori, Embedded Analytics, and S/4
HANA Cloud. - Active SAP certification in MM, PP, Manufacturing, or Advanced Planning is preferred.
