Responsibilities- Create easy-to-read Excel dashboards and tracking sheets using formulas such as XLOOKUP, IFS, and Pivot Tables.
- Gather and combine data from sales, inventory, and customer databases into clear reports.
- Regularly clean monthly sales data by removing duplicates, correcting errors, and filling missing information.
- Identify data inconsistencies and collaborate with IT to maintain system accuracy.
- Develop template reports so every department uses the same professional format.
- Investigate unexpected fluctuations in sales, web traffic, or stock levels to determine causes.
- Analyze data by region, product, or customer type to identify opportunities to increase sales or improve efficiency.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Master’s degree in Data Analytics.
- Proficiency in sales reporting, analytics and reporting, data analysis, data visualization, advanced Excel, sales performance tracking, and dashboards.
