The Head of Information Technology will be responsible for leading the Company`s technology strategy, architecture, development, integration, security, and operations to support its payment systems and digital financial services platform. The role requires a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in payment technologies and financial systems, capable of ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance of mission-critical payment infrastructure. The successful candidate will work closely with executive management, regulators, financial institutions, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- The Head of IT will provide strategic leadership to the technology function, oversee the complete software development lifecycle, and ensure that all technology initiatives align with the Company`s business objectives and regulatory obligations.
- The individual must be capable of leading high-performing technology teams, managing complex projects, and delivering secure, scalable, and innovative payment solutions in a highly regulated environment.
