Container Platform Operations Engineer (Kubernetes)
We are seeking an experienced Container Platform Operations Engineer (Kubernetes) to manage and maintain enterprise‑grade Kubernetes‑based clusters across multiple environments (Open Shift, AKS). This role ensures platform stability, security, and compliance while supporting application teams with Git Ops and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kubernetes administration, networking, security, and observability.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced operational support and troubleshoot complex issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement features and integrate user‑facing elements.
- Optimize container platform environments for performance, scalability, and security, following best practices.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes‑based clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Configure infrastructure components for optimal performance and reliability.
- Administer and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git Ops tools (e.g., Argo CD), ensuring security and compliance.
- Perform advanced Linux administration, including installation and configuration, across cloud environments.
- Document operational, maintenance, and upgrade procedures for clarity and accessibility.
- Support knowledge sharing and assist team members in troubleshooting and best practices.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes/Open Shift administration.
- Strong experience with Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Proficiency with CLI tools (e.g., kubectl, oc) for cluster operations.
- Experience with Git Ops workflows and CI/CD pipeline management using tools like Argo CD.
- Hands‑on experience with observability stacks such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Advanced Linux administration skills for cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Knowledge of container security practices and vulnerability management.
- Understanding of networking components including DNS, ingress controllers, and load balancers.
- Familiarity with RBAC, TLS, and SSO/SAML for secure access management.

- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and security best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments (Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with container image scanning and vulnerability management.
- Exposure to infrastructure automation tools.
