EDV Werke is looking for an IT Infrastructure Coordinator.

Working Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Form of cooperation: Perm

• Project Lifecycle Coordination – Supervise and support IT infrastructure projects through all lifecycle phases, from assessment to successful completion.
• Timeline & Deliverable Management – Monitor project timelines, milestones, approvals, and deliverables while ensuring timely execution.
• Vendor Coordination – Manage technical communication and coordination with external vendors throughout project execution.
• Business Process Analysis – Analyze business processes and incorporate IT infrastructure perspectives into project solutions.
• Business IT Support – Support business stakeholders on IT-related topics and provide guidance during project delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate activities between departments and key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Issue & Ticket Management – Ensure incidents and project tickets are tracked, updated, and resolved efficiently.
• Infrastructure Support – Support network engineering and infrastructure-related activities based on project priorities and workload.

• IT Project Coordination Experience – Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, implementation, or infrastructure project coordination.
• Infrastructure Understanding – Ability to coordinate projects with a solid understanding of underlying IT infrastructure.
• Process Improvement Mindset – Experience establishing and continuously improving IT processes and operational workflows.
• Business Process Knowledge – Ability to understand business processes and align IT solutions with business needs.
• GxP Knowledge – General understanding of GxP regulations and compliance requirements.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Strong structured thinking with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication & Collaboration Skills – Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural environments.
• Language Proficiency – English and German language skills at C1 level.
