Data Analyst
The Opportunity
Executes a range of complex/technical data analytics support tasks, with significant need for interpretation and deviation from standard operations. May be responsible for leading daily analytics support operations. Tasks include acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources, maintaining databases/data systems, reviewing performance indicators, locating and correcting code problems and identifying trends or patterns in data sets. Communicates with contacts on matters that involve a requirement to understand, support and engage others.
Job Description- MS Business Analytics:
Exploring business intelligence tools and developing quick reference dashboards and reports on MS business (Operational) with reference data of previous years - Ensuring quality and performance of operations through continuous monitoring and reporting — KPIs and SLAs
- Volume forecasting for effective resource utilization and time management
- Enhanced customer experience – interactions with internal and external customers
- Create and manage technical tickets (JIRAs) to drive completion of technical changes
- Manage test and production environments for critical tools like workflow, CRM, ERP, etc.
- Troubleshoot systems and processes as needed
- Analyze trends in key performance indicators
- Investigate opportunities to drive technical improvements and processes to improve SLA
- Drive process standardization
- Communicate with external customers and internal stakeholders
- Handle escalations as required
- Drive continuous improvement, manage/execute process, and drive collaborative projects
- Achieve internal objectives and key performance indicators
- Conduct quality audits
- Master’s degree/business administration or scientific background
- 4‑5 years of experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment, industry experience, procurement, sourcing business experience, and business management
- Experience in SAP; QV; dot net; snowflakes; intermediary skills in Excel and Power BI
- Working knowledge of Power Automate and VBA
- Fluent in English
- Manage customer interactions professionally by demonstrating excellent listening and organizational skills, using probing questions and reflective language to engage customers and build trust
