- 15+ years of experience in relevant consulting or insurance industry.
- Large Scale System Delivery Experience, preferably for the Guidewire Full suite (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claims Center, Contact Manager, Digitalme, Datahub, and Info Center).
- At least 5 years of experience in managing large Guidewire full suite implementations through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping, solution design, planning, requirements gathering, development, testing (QA/UAT), and dev/QA/UAT/production environment setup (Guidewire product installations).
- Hands-on technical expertise specifically in Guidewire Policy, Claims, Billing, and interfacing (Integration) with Third Party systems including complex legacy applications.
- Delivery Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology. Engage with sales and delivery in driving growth in the Guidewire vertical and build/execute COE for Guidewire.
- Run client-specific workshops and solutioning around Guidewire implementations and Sustenance plans.
- Willingness to travel to the US, Europe, and/or Australia/NZ in support of project implementations.
Soft Skills:
- Must have Estimation, Solution capabilities, Pre-Sales experience.
- Prior track record or future ability to develop a Guidewire Practice for organizations.
- Developing plans for Guidewire trainings and Guidewire Certifications.
- Leading and planning development of Duck Creek accelerators and tools
- Liaison with the Guidewire partner ecosystem team for certifications, trainings, governance calls, client base issues escalations, etc.
- Strong knowledge and comprehension of standards, specifications, standards bodies (e.g., XML, UDDI, Web services, ACORD, ISO, NCCI, etc.).
- Ongoing awareness of technological trends to determine where to apply new technologies.
- Knowledge of insurance operations and functional responsibilities.
- Must possess strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, accurate and detail-oriented.
- Extensive working experience in Onshore/Offshore model and handling large teams.
- Highly motivated, a team player, and a self-starter who can work independently. Take ownership of customer issues.
