Unit8 is looking for an IT Administrator who loves working with and learning about advanced, mostly cloud-based, IT systems. As a part of our IT team, you will bring state-of-the-art IT applications and support to all Unit8 employees, enabling us to achieve further innovation and excellence for our customers.

At Unit8, your work will focus primarily on IT administration and the continuous improvement of our internal IT environment. You will manage and develop our core IT platforms across identity, endpoint management, SaaS, cloud and security-related areas, making sure they are secure, well-integrated, documented and scalable, while helping us further automate and mature our internal IT operations.
You will administer tools and services such as Google Workspace, MDM, Okta, Azure, and other business-critical SaaS platforms. You will also improve user lifecycle processes, access management, automation, audits and operational security controls.
We do not expect you to be an expert in every tool from day one, but we are looking for someone with solid hands-on IT administration experience, strong ownership, and the willingness to keep growing across identity, endpoint management, SaaS, cloud and security.
Your responsibilities- Administer and improve our core IT platforms across MDM, SaaS, identity, cloud, office networking and automation.
- Manage company devices and endpoint management solutions such as Jamf, Intune or similar.
- Administer identity, directory and SSO platforms, with a strong focus on Okta, Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra .
- Work with SSO, user lifecycle and provisioning setups using technologies such as SAML, SCIM, or OAuth.
- Manage key SaaS and collaboration platforms, including Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack and other business-critical tools.
- Support cloud administration across Azure, including access management, configuration, monitoring and security best practices.
- Support and improve office network infrastructure, especially Uni Fi/Ubiquiti environments, including Wi‑Fi, switches, VLANs, VPNs and basic troubleshooting.
- Improve user lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, role-based access, access reviews and least‑privilege configurations.
- Support secure adoption of AI tools, including access control, data protection, and usage guidelines.
- Help maintain and improve security and data privacy controls across endpoints, SaaS tools, cloud platforms and networks.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation, internal procedures and self‑service materials.
- Collaborate with cross‑location teams to keep our IT environment reliable, secure and scalable
- Around 3-4 years of hands‑on experience in IT administration, ideally across MDM, IAM, SaaS, cloud platforms and office networking.
- Practical experience managing endpoint devices and MDM solutions such as Jamf, Intune or similar.
- Experience administering SaaS and collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack or similar.
- Experience with identity and access management tools such as Okta or Microsoft Entra .
- Good understanding of SSO, user lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and provisioning concepts.
- Good understanding of cloud, identity and endpoint security, including MFA, conditional access, device compliance and least‑privilege principles.
