The role combines onsite training, remote onboarding, and feedback collection to ensure smooth deployments. You will train staff at partner sites, troubleshoot workflows, and gather user feedback for product and clinical teams.
Travel to partner sites is required to support deployments and conferences as needed. Medical device experience preferred.
