Fujitsu is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to lead Service Now ITSM design, development, and testing across modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge.
Location:
Indiana, Hybrid, with multiple locations nationwide.
You will build and test integrations (REST/SOAP) with Salesforce, SCOM, Mule Soft, Snap Logic and other tools, and drive UI/workflow enhancements using Flow Designer. Mentoring and stakeholder coordination are key parts of the role.
