• 5+ years
• Strong working knowledge of and extensive experience with HL7V2 standard; exposure to C-CDA, DICOM, X12 and NCPDP interfaces
• 5+ years of experience with the development and testing of a wide range of healthcare interfaces, such as ADT, orders, results, documents/ notes, pharmacy, charges, etc.
• Experience leading and conducting discussions with subject-matter experts, third-party vendors and other stakeholders in interface development
• An excellent understanding of healthcare data
• Excellent programming skills in SQL, Python, Java script or Java
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong decision-making, communication, email writing and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Desirable - extensive experience with one or more integration engines such as Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, Healthshare Health Connect, Next Gen Connect, etc
• Certifications in and experience with Epic Bridges, Chronicles or Epic Clarity
• Strong knowledge of FHIR®
• Master’s degree or higher

• Assist 314e customers with the development and implementation of interfaces between healthcare IT systems of a wide variety. This includes –
• Scoping the types of interfaces needed
• Determining the business requirements of each interface
• Designing the architecture overall and for individual interfaces
• Programming/configuring the interfaces
• Testing and QA of the interfaces
• Developing high-quality documentation for the implemented interfaces
• Plan and manage interface development and implementation for 314e customer projects
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the implementation process
• Participate in go-lives at our customer sites to support integration related activities
• Lead the investigation of complex issues or problems to determine the best solutions
• Participate in internal 314e activities related to the development of interoperability, products, and services
