Position: Full time, Unlimited contract, Immediate start in Eschborn/Neuenstein, Germany.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized AI Delivery Coordinator (m/f/d) to support the successful execution of a portfolio of AI initiatives. You will work closely with Business Leads, Tech Leads, AI Engineers and business stakeholders to coordinate delivery activities, improve collaboration, increase transparency, and establish scalable ways of working. You will actively leverage AI‑powered tools to automate coordination activities, improve reporting, and enhance delivery efficiency.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the day‑to‑day delivery of multiple AI initiatives, ensuring alignment across business and engineering teams.
- Maintain delivery plans, boards, backlogs, milestones, risks, dependencies, and portfolio transparency.
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and governance activities with Information Security, Data Protection (GDPR), Legal, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and other corporate functions.
- Capture and structure business requirements and maintain project documentation, status updates, executive presentations, and reporting.
- Facilitate ceremonies, planning sessions, workshops, and continuously improve delivery processes and collaboration.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot or similar) to automate documentation, reporting, meeting preparation, action tracking, and other repetitive coordination activities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in delivery coordination, project coordination, PMO, agile delivery, or similar roles within software, digital, data, or AI environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Craft or similar.
- Basic understanding of AI and software development life cycles, with a strong interest in applying AI tools to improve delivery and collaboration.
- Proactive, structured, and continuous improvement mindset with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
