• Bachelors/Masters in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation; MBA or certification in Digital/Industry 4.0 preferred.
• 1015 years of experience with 57 years in pharma/regulated manufacturing environments.

• Proven experience in Industry 4.0, IIoT implementation, smart manufacturing, and plant digitalization initiatives.
• Strong exposure to MES, SCADA, PLC/DCS, Historian systems, and ERP integration (SAP preferred).
• Sound knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, CSV, and Data Integrity requirements.
• Experience in real-time data capture, dashboards, predictive maintenance, and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of industrial networks, OT security, cloud (Azure/AWS), and standards like ISA/IEC 62443.
• Strong capability in delivering digital transformation projects, vendor management, and cross-functional execution.
• Proven team leadership, change management, and stakeholder engagement across functions.

• PMP / Prince2, CMRP, ITIL, Certified Industry 4.0 / IIoT certifications, or relevant cloud certifications (Azure/AWS).

• Experience in USFDA/EU GMP environments with strong audit readiness.
