** IT Support & Service Delivery
*** Provide first-line and second-line IT support for hardware, software, systems, and business applications
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner
* Manage user accounts, access rights, and device configurations
* Ensure system availability, performance, and security
* Support Microsoft 365 and digital workplace environments
* Maintain IT support documentation, standards, and procedures
** IT Project Management
*** Lead and coordinate IT and digital projects from initiation through to completion
* Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
* Monitor project progress, risks, resources, and budgets
* Engage with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
* Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with organisational objectives
* Produce project plans, status reports, and implementation documentation
* Apply recognised project management methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall)
* Maintain accurate technical and project documentation
** Training & User Support
*** Deliver IT and digital skills training to staff and business users
* Develop training materials, user guides, and knowledge base documentation
* Support employee onboarding related to IT systems and digital tools
* Conduct workshops and awareness sessions to increase system adoption
* Provide post-implementation training and ongoing user support
** Digital & Data Solutions
*** Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using
** Power BI
*** Support data-driven decision-making across the organisation
* Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency
* Support digital workplace platforms including
** Microsoft Teams
** and
** SharePoint
* *** Continuous Improvement
*** Identify opportunities to improve IT services and business processes
* Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and IT strategy development
* Promote innovation and effective use of technology solutions
* Ensure all technical and project documentation remains accurate and up to date##
* Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience working in an IT role within a business environment
* Proven experience in IT support and service delivery
* Experience managing or supporting IT projects
* Experience in change management and system implementation
* Experience delivering user training and supporting technology adoption
* Power BI reporting and data visualisation
* Microsoft 365 and Digital Workplace technologies
* Automation and process improvement
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Project Management certification (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, or equivalent)
* Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci)
* Experience supporting digital transformation programmes
* Project and time management
* Communication and training delivery
* Stakeholder engagement
* Analytical thinking
