• Collaborating on the identification of customer requirements for the implementation of Adcubum SYRIUS in customer projects.
• Analyzing data and data models from legacy systems and designing the transformation and mapping to Adcubum SYRIUS.
• Using the MDB interface for data migration to SYRIUS.
• Error analysis and troubleshooting as part of data migration and implementation projects.
• Development of use cases and requirements in close collaboration with various stakeholders (business units, software developers, customers).
• Creative and goal-oriented leadership and facilitation of meetings and workshops with customers and internal teams.

• You have a degree in computer science or comparable training, as well as several years of practical experience in IT.
• You have a strong knowledge of PL/SQL (Oracle and/or PostgreSQL) and experience with scripting (bash, ksh, or similar on Linux/Unix, or CMD/bat on Windows).
• You have a solid understanding of database concepts and data models, as well as experience with performance-critical database operations (analysis, optimization, etc.).
• You can read Python code and adapt it as needed; knowledge of reading and rewriting VBA (Microsoft Excel) is a plus.
• You have experience in requirements management (requirements engineering) and can develop and communicate use cases in a structured manner.
• You have basic knowledge of identity and access management (IAM): permissions, role assignment, authentication, and authorization.
• You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a quick grasp of new concepts.
• You present yourself confidently and professionally in direct customer contact and work independently, in a structured manner, and with a team-oriented approach.
• Expertise in at least one of the following areas—health insurance benefits, property insurance claims, or contract management—is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SYRIUS, particularly in parameterization, is a plus.
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills are required; knowledge of French is a plus.
