This is an opportunity to become a member of our Infrastructure Services Team supporting our clients as well as providing leadership to our technicians. This position requires solid knowledge of networking fundamentals in addition to hands‑on experience with a wide variety of computer systems spanning multiple platforms, systems security best practices, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

In addition, we are looking for individuals that are motivated to keep up with industry trends, have a professional demeanor, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Maintain existing and future network, server and storage systems
• Handle multiple responsibilities and operate in a fast paced environment
• Manage directly assigned tasks, provide on‑call support and remote computing needs efficiently and professionally
• Ability to research technical problems and solutions online
• Coordinate resources and project management
• Assist with development, design and deployment of interface projects
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assignments
