Your contributionAre you passionate about making a difference in how teams work with cutting‑edge CAD and PDM systems? At Tecan, you’ll play a key role in supporting innovation and efficiency across our global organization.
Responsibilities- You’ll drive the development and improvement of our internal processes, tools, and best practices, collaborating with stakeholders from all Tecan sites.
- You’ll ensure our CAD and PDM systems are always available, up-to-date, and running smoothly, working closely with our IT department.
- You’ll support your colleagues by providing first‑level support, sharing your expertise, and helping them get the most out of our systems.
- You’ll test new application versions, prepare and support upgrades, and collect user feedback to make our tools even better.
- You’ll create and update user documentation and training materials, and you’ll organize and lead engaging training sessions.
- You’ll act as a technical lead for CAD power users and as a local SAP Power User.

- You have a background in Mechanical Engineering.
- You have more than 5 years of experience with PTC and Creo and bring experience in Windchill administration.
- You have basic experience as an SAP user and have advanced IT knowledge in both hardware and software.
- You’re familiar with scripting and basic programming.
- You communicate fluently in both German and English, written and spoken.
- You’re detail‑oriented, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- You enjoy working independently, are proactive, and can be relied upon by your team.
- You’re a great communicator, able to explain technical topics to both technical and non‑technical colleagues.
