We are looking for a Data Analyst with 3 years of experience to join our team.

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives
• Use data to answer questions, solve problems, and generate insights
• Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using a variety of tools and techniques
• Document your work and communicate your findings effectively
• Collaborate with our other data analysts and learn from their expertise

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• A degree in Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering (or equivalent)
• A solid foundation in data analysis principles and methods
• Proficiency in the Microsoft stack, including:
• Power BI
• Tableau
• Qlik
• Power Apps
• Advanced Excel
• SQL
• Python
• SAS

• Some experience or interest in statistical programming like R and Python
• Experience in the banking or insurance industry
