• Assist technicians in diagnosing and resolving IT issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
• Interact professionally with clients by gathering details on technical issues, providing updates on service progress, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
• Support the installation, configuration, and deployment of computer systems, servers, and networking equipment to ensure reliable, efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, repairs, and service requests. Contribute to the development of standard operating procedure documentation.
• Work alongside our IT team to strengthen your technical skills through hands‑on learning, project participation, and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, while actively pursuing training and certification opportunities.
• Coordinate the delivery and retrieval of parts to support technicians and clients, ensuring smooth on‑site operations and minimizing downtime.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical coursework or certifications are a plus)
• Strong interest in information technology with a genuine desire to learn and grow in the field
• Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a logical, methodical approach to troubleshooting
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment
• Eagerness to take on new challenges, learn new skills, and expand responsibilities
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Starting salary of $45,000/year, based on experience and skillset
• Comprehensive benefits package (PTO, medical, vision, and dental) available upon becoming full-time
