Security Training & Awareness Manager

You’ll be the force behind our security culture — designing, delivering, and evolving training programs across the organization. This role mixes education, psychology, and security.

• Lead company-wide security awareness campaigns and phishing simulations
• Deliver onboarding and periodic compliance training (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
• Partner with HR and Compliance to align training with regulatory frameworks
• Maintain metrics and KPIs on training effectiveness and behavior change
• Tailor training programs for engineers, business users, and leadership
• Create or license engaging multimedia training content

• 2+ years in security awareness, L&D, communications, or cyber training roles.
• Experience with awareness platforms (KnowBe4, Ninjio, Wizer, Hoxhunt, etc.).
• Understanding of common cyber threats (phishing, social engineering, password hygiene, data protection).
• Skilled in simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with LMS systems and training tracking.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

• Instructional design background (CIPD, ATD, or similar preferred).
• Experience creating videos, micro-learning modules, or graphic content.
• Familiarity with using AI (e.g., ChatGPT) for content creation and ideation.
