Job Description & How to Apply Below

As the Senior Program Manager for Digital Workplace Run, you hold final accountability for the daily digital experience of our global workforce. You will lead our internal engineering and operations team while commanding large, outsourced managed service providers (MSPs). Positioned directly at the intersection of Architecture, Cyber Security, Procurement, and global Business Units, you are the critical orchestrator who ensures people performance is high, vendors are held strictly accountable, and multiple concurrent operational projects land seamlessly in production without disrupting the business.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • People & Team Leadership:
Directly manage, mentor, and build a high-performing internal digital workplace team. Establish objective performance goals, clear career trajectories, and resource allocation models to maximize team output while fostering a culture of ownership and execution.
  • Aggressive Vendor & MSP Governance:
Act as the primary authority for contractual obligations and performance enforcement across all outsourced service providers. Drive weekly and monthly performance reviews, calculate service penalties, and maintain an uncompromising stance on vendor accountability and continuous service improvement (CSI).
  • Multi-Project Portfolio Management:
Direct and orchestrate a complex portfolio of concurrent infrastructure deployment projects, system rollouts, and lifecycle upgrades. Ensure every project within the operational ecosystem lands on time, within budget, and with zero regression to day-to-day business stability.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the strategic, high-visibility point of contact for regional business leaders and executive stakeholders. Translate highly complex operational health and infrastructure project timelines into crisp, data-backed executive updates and briefings.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration:
Align disparate internal engineering groups, procurement teams, regional IT groups, and external partners to maintain absolute operational synergy during high-visibility rollouts or critical operational shifts.
  • Operational Budgetary Accountability:
Manage the operational run budget and resource allocation.
Required Skills & Technical Competencies
  • Enterprise-Scale Vendor Governance: 15+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years directly managing large-scale, multi-vendor outsourced IT contracts (e.g., Device Lifecycle, Workplace Services, Desk Infrastructure) with total contractual accountability.
  • Complex Team & Portfolio Management:
Proven history of managing internal engineering squads alongside tracking a multi-project delivery portfolio using structured milestones and resource capacity planning.
  • High-Stakes Stakeholder Communication:
Exceptional executive presence and communication skills; the ability to manage conflicting business unit demands, guide senior stakeholders through complex changes, and deliver concise technical narratives to top level leadership.
  • Digital Workplace Portfolio Fluency:
High-level conceptual and operational understanding of Microsoft M365 ecosystems, Modern Management (Intune/Entra ), Azure Virtual Desktop, and physical endpoint deployment paradigms to ensure effective oversight of the delivery teams.
Data-Driven Operational Acumen

Proficient at analyzing engineering metrics, project burndown charts, and workforce performance data to optimize operational delivery and identify vendor slippage before it impacts the enterprise
