We are seeking a skilled System Administrator cum Dev Ops Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our systems infrastructure, streamlining deployment processes, and collaborating with development teams to ensure system reliability and security. Your expertise will be critical in managing cloud environments, improving workflows, and supporting our Dev Ops practices.

• Server and Network Management:
  Manage, monitor, and maintain servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• System Performance Monitoring:
  Continuously monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability, especially in Linux environments and database management.
• Cloud
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with development teams to design, implement, and optimize cloud instances (mainly on Digital Ocean) and in-house VMs.
• Deployment & Configuration Management:
  Handle deployment and configuration management on cloud infrastructure, focusing on automation and efficiency.
• Security Implementation:
  Implement security best practices across all systems, ensuring a secure and robust infrastructure.
• Backup Management:
  Conduct regular backups of critical systems and ensure data recovery processes are in place and tested.
• Documentation:
  Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and workflows for easy reference and knowledge sharing.
• Industry Awareness:
  Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve the infrastructure and Dev Ops processes.

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
• Proficient in Linux/Unix system administration.
• Extensive experience in web hosting and web deployment (essential).
• Strong experience with cloud platforms like Digital Ocean and AWS, as well as virtualization technologies.
• Scripting proficiency (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and system management tasks.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a system administrator and Dev Ops engineer, with a focus on cloud infrastructure, system monitoring, and security.
