We are seeking a talented Senior AI/ML Engineer with a minimum of 4+ years of experience to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead a team of data engineers, data scientists, and developers in designing and deploying state-of-the-art AI and machine learning models and solutions. Your expertise will be critical in shaping AI/ML initiatives and driving impactful results across the organization.

• Team Leadership:
  Lead a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, data scientists, and developers to design and deploy advanced AI/ML models and solutions.
• Technical Expertise:
  Serve as the technical expert on AI/ML initiatives, providing guidance and direction to the team to ensure successful project execution.
• Cross-functional collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, product owners, and developers, to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Industry Insight:
  Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies with a focus on AI/ML.
• Algorithm Design:
  Design and implement scalable and efficient AI/ML algorithms, tools, and pipelines to meet project goals.
• Use Case Development:
  Participate in defining use cases and proof of concepts to validate AI/ML solutions.
• Technique Evaluation:
  Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML techniques, frameworks, and libraries to address project requirements effectively.
• Model Quality Assurance:
  Ensure the quality, performance, and accuracy of AI/ML models through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Documentation:
  Maintain detailed documentation of AI/ML processes, methodologies, and results to support knowledge sharing and project continuity.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Present AI/ML findings and insights to stakeholders and senior management, translating complex concepts into understandable terms.

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing techniques, and model evaluation metrics.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, Num Py).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach complex challenges creatively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Project Management:
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

• A minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models and solutions.
