Mandatory skills:
Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Agile, Confluence, Service Desk, On Demand / Cloud, JIRA Portfolio, Jira Align and Service Now, Python
- Experience with Administering Jira/Confluence Applications in the Atlassian Tools
- Experience with Jira, Confluence & Jira Service Desk Configurations
- Able to Mentor the Product Managers, Project Managers and Engineering Teams roles and Project Permissions and Onboarding the new team members
- Created the SOP on Atlassian Products.
- Jira GUI Admin level support – bringing in new Jira Projects, scoping/estimating/roll-out of all new Jira projects/tasks etc.
