Job Description
- Actas technical expert and information resource concerning assigned areas.
- Perform and leadtests to ensure that all IT systems, products and services meet minimum standards and requirements.
- Work closely with the applications development team during software development to include areas of application development, operation and technical support and security.
- Leadand administer change control processes to ensure zero defect software development.
- Create complex test data for applications.
- Document testing data, findings and reports.
- Provide requested weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports and regularly updates assigned manager.
- Perform complex workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
- Recommend new and improved QA practices and procedures.
- PrepareQA documents, manuals, training curriculum and training sessions.
- Provide resources for agency technical writers.
- Perform related duties, as assigned.
