Job Description
Broad IT experience of 4 to 8 years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives.
Responsibilities- Understand Vulnerability response process and map it with Service Now Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.
- Hands‑on experience of Vulnerability Response modules.
- Understand how VIT’s (Vulnerability Items) get created in Service Now.
- Knowledge of Vulnerability Response concepts such as Solutions, False Positives, Exceptions.
- Configuration experience of CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
- Configuration experience of Configuration Item look‑up rules for VIT assignments.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with any one third‑party scanner integration with Service Now (e.g., WIZ, Tenable, Qualys).
- Working experience of items such as Business Rules, UI pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Client Scripts, Custom Tables.
- Service Now Administrator Certificate.
- Service Now Sec‑ops (VR) Certified Implementation Specialist.
- ITIL Foundation.
