We are seeking a hands‑on individual contributor to take ownership of the performance, reliability, and evolution of our Net Suite environment and financial systems. This role is ideal for someone who wants to become the organization’s definitive Net Suite subject‑matter expert – not by managing a team, but by serving as the strategic and operational owner of the platform. You will lead the configuration, integrations, data integrity, controls, and overall roadmap for Net Suite, ensuring the platform effectively supports our finance function and broader business needs.

This is an opportunity to have significant ownership and influence over how our financial systems operate, while building deep expertise in one of the company’s most critical platforms. You’ll sit at the intersection of accounting, finance, and technology (with operational visibility). Some of your time will be strategic: shaping the platform roadmap, identifying opportunities for automation, and deciding what we should build next.

Other days will be highly tactical: sitting with the AP team, Procurement, AR to understand why a workflow is broken and fix it before lunch. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable getting into the details of how the business actually operates. You’ll uncover the shadow spreadsheets, manual workarounds, and process gaps that have accumulated over time; understand why they’re there;

and turn them into scalable solutions within the system. The best improvements won’t always come from a perfectly written requirements document. They’ll come from your ability to see where work is unnecessarily difficult and determine how technology, process, or both can make it better.

• Own and Administer the Platform Serve as the primary administrator for our Net Suite environment One World / multi‑subsidiary / including users, roles, permissions, security, and segregation of duties.
• Own the Net Suite release cycle: evaluate semiannual releases, manage sandbox environments, test changes, and control deployments into production.
• Maintain a clean, scalable system architecture across custom fields and records, forms, lists, workflows, and other configurations.
• Establish and maintain configuration standards and system hygiene as the platform evolves.
• Manage relationships with Net Suite Support and third‑party Suite App and technology vendors.
• Improve and Build Own and drive the Net Suite platform roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, automation, and user experience.
