Job Description:

Leads complex modules/projects technically and mentors DMEs while preparing for future managerial responsibilities.

• Lead assigned projects/modules technically.
• Review migration scripts and validation reports.
• Guide team members on technical challenges.
• Act as first escalation point within team.
• Support reporting and coordination.
• Attend client meetings for technical discussions.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Participate in RCA for critical concerns.
• Data & Product Assessment.
• Enable team with initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in migration, operations or related profile.
• Strong SQL and data validation skills.
• Ability to lead small groups technically.
• Adhere to process & workflow discipline.
• Effective cross-functional communication skills.
