This is a contract, remote role for Swiss German Language Translators and Linguists focused on Language Model (LLM) annotation work.

• Translating and annotating Swiss German language data, creating high-quality Swiss German content, ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy, and managing terminology.
• You will collaborate with a global team of experts to advance high-level language model operations and development.

• Proficiency in Translation and Swiss German Translation, with an ability to handle linguistic nuances.
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively and deliver precise annotations.
• Thorough knowledge of Terminology relevant to data annotation and linguistic processes.
• Exceptional Writing skills to produce clear, accurate, and contextually appropriate content.
• Attention to detail and the ability to ensure consistency and high-quality output at scale.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Linguistics, Translation Studies, or a related field.
• Previous experience with LLM training, AI data annotation, or similar tasks is a plus.
