Am Standort Visp suchen wir eine/n Mitarbeiter/in in der Distributions/Versandlogistik (Lonza Pharma Biotech & Nutrition).
Ihre Aufgaben- Entgegennahme von Versandaufträgen sowie deren Weiterbearbeitung und termingerechte, korrekte Versandvorbereitung
- Durchführung temperaturkontrollierter Transporte (für Kunden, 3PL, interne Werkstransporte)
- Einsatz validierter Verpackungssysteme sowie Überwachung von Logger- & Monitoring-Daten
- Vollständige Dokumentation aller Versand- und Temperaturdaten gemäß Vorschriften
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von IATA-, ADR- und CBTA-Vorgaben
- Teilnahme an vorgeschriebenen Schulungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller GMP-/GDP-Vorgaben und regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Laufende Überprüfung interner Prozesse sowie Sicherstellung der korrekten Umsetzung bereichsübergreifender Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Flexible Unterstützung bereichsübergreifender Logistik-Teams der Zentral-Logistik
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Ausbildung mit eidg. Fähigkeitsausweis
- Berufserfahrung in einem Pharmaunternehmen oder in einem GMP-regulierten Logistikumfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse in GMP/GDP, Gefahrgutversand (IATA, ADR) und Cold Chain Handling
- Praktische Erfahrung mit SAP EWM / WM
- Hohe Flexibilität, Kommunikationsstärke, Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
