We are seeking an Industrial Engineer with experience in SAP, Supply Chain Planning, MRP, and Windchill/PLM to support supply planning, production transitions, and product lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches, inventory planning, and supply continuity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop cut-over plans and validate lead times, variant mapping, and T-lane setups.
- Execute inventory builds and manage first orders through distribution.
- Support MRP, production planning, and component lifecycle management.
- Coordinate with suppliers on S&OP activities and supply planning.
- Identify supply risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-site teams to balance capacity and ensure supply continuity.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with SAP, Supply Chain Planning, MRP, and Windchill/PLM.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or medical device/pharmaceutical environments preferred.
