  • Responsive for achieving corporate supply chain performance targets focused on inventory reduction, increased inventory turns and improved order-to-delivery results;
  • Ensures clean signal to supplier on part requirements (qty, date, priority within facility);
  • Determines appropriate stocking strategies for each part (Plan for Every Part - PFEP);
  • Works PO Exception Messages in a timely fashion to ensure material is delivered to our requirements;
  • Works directly with Supply base on follow up and expediting. Hosts supplier schedule reviews, as required;
  • Analyzes value stream supply chain constraints and deploys corrective action;
  • Requires minimal travel (5% - 15%).
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in Materials Planning & Inventory Control;
  • Demonstrates knowledge of standard supply chain systems;
  • Shows strong collaborative, interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work across functions to perform work deploying supply chain improvements;
  • Shows demonstration of problem-solving skills to solve common problems;
  • Shows strong team player ability to be effective in deploying supply chain improvements as part of a team;
  • Demonstrates understanding of manufacturing and operations standard processes and basic product knowledge;
  • Has ability to analyze business conditions and situations during deployment needed to minimize disruption to daily requirements.
