Role
Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain at Centessa Pharmaceuticals (a Lilly subsidiary), focusing on developing and executing strategies to ensure timely delivery of investigational products across multiple clinical programs.
Responsibilities- develop supply chain strategies
- build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external CDMOs
- identify and mitigate supply risks
- manage budgets, contracts, and logistics
- oversee clinical forecast/demand planning
- coordinate labeling, packaging, and shipment schedules
- monitor inventory via IRT systems
- collaborate on regulatory documents and audits
- bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
- 7+ years of international clinical supply experience in biotech/pharma, with deep GMP/GDP knowledge
- strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
- experience managing CDMOs
- ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
global clinical supply management, late-phase trials, GMP/GDP compliance, extensive CMO/vendor oversight, and cross-functional collaboration
Work Setupbased in the US, with occasional domestic and international travel (~20%).
