Chapel Ridge of Martin Apartments is seeking an experienced Property Manager with strong LIHTC/tax credit experience. Lead daily operations at our established affordable housing community just minutes from the University of Tennessee at Martin.

- 2+ years of LIHTC/tax credit property management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
