Co-Head of Process Engineering; Place of Schlieren , CH Contrac

In this role, you will actively shape process engineering as well as the establishment and further development of effective improvement management. Management responsibility is organised as co-management. You will take on responsibility in close coordination with the operations management and co-management and share management and control tasks in partnership.

• Analysis, optimisation and coaching of processes in the operational environment
• Support in setting up and organising training courses for employees
• Collaboration in projects in compliance with defined targets
• Performing management tasks as part of co-management

• Further training in business administration, ideally with a focus on lean management
• Experience in process optimisation
• Very good written and spoken German
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
