Co-Head of Process Engineering (50% workload)

In this role, you will actively shape process engineering as well as the establishment and further development of effective improvement management. Management responsibility is organised as co-management. You will take on responsibility in close coordination with the operations management and co-management and share management and control tasks in partnership.

- Collaboration in the establishment, further development and support of methods and tools in process engineering
- Analysis, optimisation and coaching of processes in the operational environment
- Support in setting up and organising training courses for employees
- Collaboration in projects in compliance with defined targets
- Performing management tasks as part of co-management
- Working closely with operations management and co-management
- Supporting the further development of standards, processes and structures
- You actively shape how processes are lived, improved and sustainably anchored in the company.
- Further training in business administration, ideally with a focus on lean management
- Experience in process optimisation
- Very good written and spoken German
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working
- High level of communication and coordination skills
- Enjoy sharing responsibility and working together as equals
- Flexibility in everyday working life and openness to new tasks
- Strong understanding of quality and focus on people
