Maintenance Front Line Manager; Second Shift

Overview

Maintenance Front Line Manager (FLM) focused on proactive and reactive maintenance for equipment including turn rolls, manipulators, positioners, and weld equipment in a low-volume, highly engineered manufacturing environment. This role will strengthen the existing maintenance teams responsible for facilities and general maintenance. The Maintenance FLM will provide directions and set priorities to ensure the effective execution of maintenance operations.

• High school equivalence with a minimum of 2 years of first line manager experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively; contribute to technical teams; and establish effective working relationships.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to climb caged ladders up to 100 feet above ground.
• Ability to qualify for working in confined spaces.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Prior experience managing a maintenance team in a machining, welding, or other heavy manufacturing environment
• Prior experience with SAP & Autotime.
• Strong mechanical background.
