• Develop and implement an effective asset management strategy across the TIL terminal portfolio.
• Ensure a high level of asset availability, performance consistency, and lifecycle optimization to support operational and financial goals.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) practices within terminal asset management.
• Implement and actively monitor compliance with corporate asset management policies and requirements.
• Assess and implement best practices and new technology to continuously improve terminal performance and asset lifecycle management.
• Conduct and coordinate terminal asset management audits and set terminal improvement action plans.
• Ensure the implementation of an effective quality control system relevant to asset management activities.
• Provide guidance and support to other internal departments relevant to asset management activities.

• A college degree in marine, electrical, mechanical engineering, or related field. Degree in management, business or related is considered an asset.
• 5-7 years’ experience in a relevant position demonstrating extensive knowledge of asset management principles in a terminal or equivalent industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with excellent leadership and managerial skills.
• Broad experience and solid understanding of reporting dimensions in a corporate environment.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
