The Country Business Leader (m/f/d) CHAT in the North EMEA region, will be responsible for achieving revenue and EBITA growth in the designated areas through implementation of sales, marketing and commercial strategies. This will involve the optimization of commercial business with existing products, developing concepts and strategies to expand business in the markets and ensuring that new products and services are launched efficiently.

** Responsibilities
* ** Defining, analyzing and achieving annual P&L and budget targets
* Carrying out projects to enhance business performance (e.g. by examining and defining the structures necessary to achieve P&L objectives in line with corporate strategy)
* Exploring ways of improving existing products positioning and services including analysis of performance KPIs and competitor monitoring
* Sales Management with continuous improvement of sales efficiency and effectiveness, using as plan & review tool
* Development of concepts to further expand the business through various routes to market and ensuring efficient product launches and services.
* Create and manage strategies to deliver on sales goals to gain share and secure top line growth.
* Acting as an interface between partners and embecta departments such as Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Marketing
* Leading, developing and controlling commercial channels and partners including regular business reviews and management updates.
* Working on projects with third parties to enter new markets and launch new products
* Providing guidance for implementation and tracking roll-out and compliance
* Responsible for people management and development of the sales force in your respective region;
Manage people decisions including hiring, promotions, etc.
* Lead the regional team to prioritize initiatives and activities to deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
* Secure and/or generate market access for embecta portfolio and interact with the country authorities and partner with respective functions in embecta
* Leading embecta Switzerland Sárl compliantly within IvDV regulations and partner with respective functions timely to ensure compliance.
* Leading embecta Austria GmbH compliantly which includes understanding and managing any deviation which may deviate from EU directives and partner with respective function timely to avoid harm
* Enable reimbursement for embecta portfolio products by health insurance and/or reimbursement authorities for the respective countries.
** Education and Experience
*** Master's degree in business studies/management required
* Several years of experience in a similar role in medical device or pharmaceuticals industry, medical knowledge and experience in the CHAT region are preferable
* leadership experience with a track record of developing and leading your team to success
* Working experience in an international (matrix) organization, preferable in the EMEA region
