VP Clinical Development

The Vice President of Clinical Development will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across the Company’s clinical development programs, playing a central role in advancing the current pipeline and shaping future therapeutic opportunities. This role sits on the Research & Development Leadership Team and partners closely with cross-functional leaders to drive high-quality clinical execution from early development through late-stage studies in Women's Health Therapeutic Area.

• MD, board-certified or board-eligible, with training in Internal Medicine and Women's Health
• Minimum of 10 years of combined academic and industry experience, with a demonstrated track record of advancing clinical programs in Pharma or Biotech.
• Proven ability to lead matrixed teams through both strategic influence and hands-on execution.
• Experience serving as a medical spokesperson and engaging with academic thought leaders and external experts.
• Strong scientific judgment, analytical thinking, and ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a small, fast-paced organization.
• Self-directed, solutions-oriented, and motivated to work closely with lean teams.
