Moves and stores materials/products using a combination of manual labor and low complexity machinery/equipment (e.g., forklifts and conveyors) including:
Handling and maintaining flow of materials and products according to established guidelines. Logging the movement of incoming and outgoing materials and products. Operating low complexity motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment. A Senior Para-Professional (S3) requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. May require the following proficiency:
Works under limited supervision for routine situations. Provides assistance and training to lower level employees. Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand.
- Manage the warehouse with safety first policy.
- Design and optimize the rack layout & material flow to gain high efficiency.
- Modify the warehouse layout for kitting and sequencing area, to achieve shortest movement in warehouse and good usage of warehouse space.
- Kitting of material as per the Production Order and Pick List.
- In charge of material feeding to production line timely and accurately and keep minimum WIP at the same time.
- Responsible for periodical inventory counting as per need.
- Provides logistics support on cross-functional teams.
- Be responsible for designing the FG delivery package to ensure picking efficiency, packing efficiency, and safety and cost efficiency.
- Continuously improve logistic efficiency by introducing automation technology, especially for the logistic process and warehouse set-up.
- Lead and participate lean activities in the shop floor. 5S, Visual management, value stream mapping, layout and logistics improvement.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical with 3-5 years of experience.
- SAP Knowledge
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate industrial equipment, including cranes and forklifts, heavy material lifting.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Previous manufacturing experience is desirable.
- Experience in lean manufacturing including 5S, Kaizen, A3, PDCA, JDI etc.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
