To ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation of plant machinery and utilities by planning, executing, and monitoring preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities in compliance with safety, statutory, and quality standards in a chemical manufacturing environment.

• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for plant equipment.
• Ensure minimum downtime through effective breakdown management.
• Monitor critical equipment performance and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production team for maintenance planning and shutdown activities.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spares consumption.
• Oversee maintenance of utilities such as Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Air Compressors, Nitrogen Systems, ETP/STP, etc.
• Ensure uninterrupted utility supply to production.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Plan and monitor critical spares inventory.
• Coordinate with purchase department for procurement of spares.
• Optimize maintenance cost while ensuring reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major breakdowns.
• Drive equipment reliability and plant uptime improvement.

• B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation
• 5–8 years of experience in maintenance within chemical/pharma/process manufacturing industry
