** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate yard loader equipment safely and efficiently to move aggregate materials
* Maintain product stockpiles and ensure consistent material flow for production needs
* Perform pre‑shift inspections and report equipment issues promptly
* Support site housekeeping by keeping work areas clean and free of hazards
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production or industrial setting
* Strong situational awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
* Capability to follow operating procedures and adjust to changing production demands
* Reliable, team‑oriented approach with effective communication skills
* Ability to perform physical tasks and work in varied outdoor conditions
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
** What We Offer*** $29.15 per hour
