Production sampling is a critical enabler for growth and commercial success within Fragrance & Beauty Operations. Faster, reliable, and scalable production sampling directly increases our ability to win with customers in both established markets and fast‑growing L&R environments.

To strengthen this capability globally, we are looking for a Global Production Sampling Manager (m/f/d) who will define and lead the global production sampling strategy across F&B Operations. You will be part of Manufacturing Excellence (Man Ex) and work with Operations, Commercial Labs, Quality, Digital, Engineering, and regional teams worldwide.

Reporting to the Head of Man Ex, Global Operations, F&B, you will:

• Define and lead the global production sampling strategy.
• Establish global standards, processes, and governance for production sampling.
• Improve speed, reliability, and scalability of sampling operations.
• Lead global programs such as MES Sampling and Smart Labeling.
• Align production sampling with manufacturing capacity and automation roadmaps.
• Define and track Indicators to improve performance.
• Be the global interface between Operations and Commercial for production sampling.

• Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, labs, or supply chain, preferably in the fragrance, food, or chemical industry.
• Experience in global or multi‑site environments.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience with speed and operational excellence.

We can base the role in any of our F&B Operations sites where we have production sampling activities.
