Night Shift Maintenance Associate

Belstra is in search of a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented Maintenance Technician to work within our feed manufacturing facilities. The operator must work in compliance with all company policies, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

• General plumbing, welding & fabrication, electrical, and carpentry skills
• Routine equipment maintenance
• Set‑up, fabricate, and field‑fit auger and conveyor systems
• Installation of electric motor and drive combinations
• Knowledge of single and three‑phase electrical power
• Ability to work alone or as a team
• Basic project management ability
• Keep accurate work records and turn in paperwork daily or as required
• Capable of completing tasks correctly while focusing on quality, service, and safety

• Lift at least 60 pounds
• Climb ladders and stairs and work at heights with good body balance
• Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, kneel, etc.
• Work in a dusty environment when loading/unloading
• Withstand exposure to seasonal weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Technical training not required, but a plus
• Minimum of 3‑year maintenance experience

• 10 pm – 7 am
• Sunday–Thursday
